3D printing offers a way to bring archaeology out of the digital world and back into people's hands. I have been exploring how photogrammetric models can be turned into physical reproductions of archaeological objects, excavations and landscapes, making them more accessible and engaging for different audiences.
My work ranges from producing detailed replicas for museum displays to creating handling objects for outreach and educational workshops. I am particularly interested in how the scale, material and presentation of a print can change the way people interact with and understand archaeology, and how digital survey data can find new uses beyond its original purpose.
